Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Equifax Workforce Solutions - Automated 10
Employment and Income Verification Services for Public Benefits 11
Eligibility is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 12
of The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 13
Appropriations Project Request 1604, herein incorporated by 14
reference. 15
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 16
of $7,468,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 17
the Department of Children and Families to fund the Equifax 18
Workforce Solutions - Automated Employment and Income 19
Verification Services for Public Benefits Eligibility as 20
described in Appropriations Project Request 1604. 21
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 22
