Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Canes Construction Academy - Citrus High School 9
- Citrus County is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives an d is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 995, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $253,500 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Education to fund the Canes Construction Academy - 16
Citrus High School - Citrus County as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 995. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
