Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Miami Jose Marti Park and Neighborhood Flood 9
Mitigation is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 10
of The Florida House of Representatives and is des cribed in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1363, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $4,315,431 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Miami 16
Jose Marti Park and Neighborhood Flood Mitigation as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 1363. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
