Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Florida Association of Community Health Centers 10
- FQHC Academic Health Centers For Primary Care Residencies is 11
an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 12
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 13
Project Request 1089, herein incorporated by reference. 14
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 15
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 16
Agency for Health Care Administration to fund the Florida 17
Association of Community Health Centers - FQHC Academic Health 18
Centers For Primary Care Residencies as described in 19
Appropriations Project Request 1089. 20
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 21
