Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. West Inverness City Trail and Withlacoochee 9
State Trail Connector is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representativ es and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 848, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,250,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmenta l Protection to fund the West 16
Inverness City Trail and Withlacoochee State Trail Connector as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 848. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
