310- (d) The Student Open Access Resource Grant Program is 201

321+ (e) Each Florida College System institution and state 212
322+university shall post prominently in its course registration 213
323+system and on its website, as early as is feasible, but at least 214
324+45 days before the first day of class for each term, courses 215
325+that utilize open educational resources and have zero textbook 216
326+costs as indicated by an icon next to each eligible course. The 217
327+Zero Textbook Cost Indicator developed by the Florida 218
328+Postsecondary Academic Library Network may be used for this 219
329+purpose. 220
330+ (5)(4) REPORTING.— 221
331+ (a) Beginning December 31, 2021, and each year thereafter, 222
332+the host entity shall submit a report to the Chancellors of the 223
