29 | 29 | | residential development, the requirements of subsection (3), a 16 |

30 | 30 | | county must provide incentives to fully offset all costs to the 17 |

31 | 31 | | developer of its affordable housing contribution or linkage fee. 18 |

32 | 32 | | Such incentives may include, but are not limited to: 19 |

34 | 34 | | incentives or more floor space than allowed under the current or 21 |
---|
35 | 35 | | proposed future land use designation or zoning; 22 |

36 | 36 | | (b) Reducing or waiving fees, such as impact fees or water 23 |
