2121 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

2323 Section 1. Section 893.145, Florida Statutes, is amended 10

2525 893.145 "Drug paraphernalia" defined. —The term "drug 12
2626 paraphernalia" means all equipment, products, and materials of 13
2727 any kind which are used, intended for use, or designed for use 14
2828 in planting, propagating, cultivating, growing, harvesting, 15
2929 manufacturing, compounding, converting, producing, processing, 16
3030 preparing, testing, analyzing, packaging, repackaging, storing, 17
3131 containing, concealing, transporting, injecting, ingesting, 18
3232 inhaling, or otherwise introducing into the human body a 19
3333 controlled substance in violation of this chapter or s. 877.111. 20
3434 Drug paraphernalia is deemed to be contraband which shall be 21
3535 subject to civil forfeiture. The term includes, but is not 22
3636 limited to: 23
3737 (1) Kits used, intended for use, or designed for use in 24
3838 the planting, propagating, cultivating, growing, or harvesting 25

6565 hydrochloride, caffeine, dimethyl sulfone, mannitol, mannite, 40
6666 dextrose, and lactose, used, intended for use, or designed for 41
6767 use in diluting controlled substances; or substances such as 42
