181+ (2) The office may review complaints and conduct 120

207- (2) If the Secretary of State has submitted an initiative 134

211-placement, the Secretary of State must promptly notify the 138
212-Attorney General. The Secretary of State m ay resubmit the 139
213-initiative petition to the Attorney General if the initiative 140
214-petition is later circulated for placement on the ballot of a 141
215-subsequent general election and the criteria under subsection 142
216-(1) are satisfied. 143

216+referred to another agency for furth er investigation or 143
217+prosecution, including the total of those sent to a special 144

287+affiliation, race, ethnicity, or gender, must be promptly 190
288+delivered to the division or the supervisor of elections in the 191
289+county in which the applicant resides within 14 days after the 192
290+application was completed by the applicant, but not after 193
291+registration closes for the next ensuing election. A third -party 194
292+voter registration organization must notify the applicant at the 195
293+time the application is collected that the organization might 196
294+not deliver the application to the division or the supervisor of 197
295+elections in the county in which the applicant resides in less 198
296+than 14 days or before registration closes for the next ensuing 199
