Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Brooksville Tampa Bay Regional Airport and 9
Technology Center Multi -Modal Project is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in The Ru les of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 1171, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,900,000 from the State Transportation (Primary) Trust Fund 15
is appropriated to the Department of Transportation to fund the 16
Brooksville Tampa Bay Regional Airport and Technology Center 17
Multi-Modal Project as described in Appropriations Project 18
Request 1171. 19
Section 3. This act shall take eff ect July 1, 2022. 20
