Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. William ''Bill'' McGill Youth Empowerment 9
Center is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 782, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $300,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Juvenile Justice to fund the William ''Bill'' 16
McGill Youth Empowerment Center as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 782. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
