Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Tallahassee Lighthouse At -Risk Mentorship 9
Program is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 900, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $250,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Education to fund the Tallahassee Lighthouse At-16
Risk Mentorship Program as described in Appropriations Project 17
Request 900. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
