Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Leon County Sheriff's Office Human Trafficking 9
Investigative Unit is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representativ es and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 1321, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $432,589 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Law Enforceme nt to fund the Leon County Sheriff's 16
Office Human Trafficking Investigative Unit as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1321. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
