Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. The Reach Out Project – Educate and Eradicate 9
Renal Disease is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 911, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $942,500 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Health to fund The Reach Out Project – Educate and 16
Eradicate Renal Disease as described in Appropriations Project 17
Request 911. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
