Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Leon County Sickle Cell Foundation Sickle Cell 9
Disease Awareness is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 914, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $504,640 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Health to fund the Leon County Sickle Cell 16
Foundation Sickle Cell Disease Awareness as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 914. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
