Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. West Miami’s Homebound Meals for Seniors is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1650, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $100,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to fund the West 14
Miami’s Homebound Meals for Seniors as described in 15
Appropriations Project Request 1650. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
