Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Tarpon Springs Mango Street Safety and Drainage 9
Improvements is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and i s described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 1585, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $625,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protect ion to fund the Tarpon 16
Springs Mango Street Safety and Drainage Improvements as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 1585. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
