Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. The Arc Tampa Bay Culinary Institute Project is 9
an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 10
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 11
Project Request 1400, herein incorporated by reference. 12
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 13
of $397,902 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 14
Agency for Persons with Disabilities to fund The Arc Tampa Bay 15
Culinary Institute Project as described in Appropriations 16
Project Request 1400. 17
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 18
