Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Tom P. Haney Technical Center - ''Make IT 10
Happen'' Nursing, CSIT, and Massage Therapy Program 11
Modernization/Expansion is an Appropriations Project as defined 12
in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 13
described in Appropriations Project Request 276, herein 14
incorporated by reference. 15
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 16
of $1,583,870 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 17
the Department of Education to fund the Tom P. Haney Technical 18
Center - ''Make IT Happen'' Nursing, CSIT, and Massage Therapy 19
Program Modernization/Expansion as described in Appropriations 20
Project Request 276. 21
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 22
