Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Panama City Beach Laguna Beach Septic to Sewer 9
Program is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1124, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $3,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Panama 16
City Beach Laguna Beach Septic to Sewer Program as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1124. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
