Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Panama City Beach Fire Station 32 is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1132, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $3,600,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Financial Services to fund the Panama City 14
Beach Fire Station 32 as described in Appropriations Project 15
Request 1132. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
