Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Gulf Coast State College - Nursing/Hospital 9
Simulation Laboratory Complex is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida Hous e of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 958, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $5,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Education to fund the Gulf Coast State College 16
- Nursing/Hospital Simulation Laboratory Complex as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 958. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
