Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Panama City Stormwater Management Study - 9
Southern Area is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is des cribed 11
in Appropriations Project Request 974, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Panama 16
City Stormwater Management Study - Southern Area as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 974. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
