Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Panama City Sidewalk Improvements is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1219, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $5,000,000 from the State Transportation (Primary) Trust Fund 13
is appropriated to the Department of Transportation to fund the 14
Panama City Sidewalk Im provements as described in Appropriations 15
Project Request 1219. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
