Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Bay County Military Point Advanced Wastewater 10
Treatment Facility / Tyndall Air Force Base Water Reuse is an 11
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 12
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 13
Project Request 1224, herein incorporated by reference. 14
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 15
of $5,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 16
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Bay 17
County Military Point Advanced Wastewater Treatment Facility / 18
Tyndall Air Force Base Water Reuse as described in 19
Appropriations Project Request 1224. 20
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 21
