Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Bay County Fire and Emergency Medical Services 9
Maintenance Facility is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representa tives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 1125, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $750,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Financial Services to fund the Bay County Fire and 16
Emergency Medical Services Maintenance Facility as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1125. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
