Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Gulf Coast State College - Acquisition of 9
Adjacent Property - Panama City Campus is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in The Rul es of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 1086, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $3,140,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Education to fund the Gulf Coast State College 16
- Acquisition of Adjacent Property - Panama City Campus as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 1086. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
