Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Tom P. Haney Technical Center - ''Learning to 10
Earning'' Health Sciences and Business Building Construction is 11
an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 12
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 13
Project Request 1245, herein incorporated by reference. 14
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 15
of $5,400,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 16
the Department of Education to fund the Tom P. Haney Technical 17
Center - ''Learning to Earning'' Health Sciences and Business 18
Building Construction as described in Appropriations Project 19
Request 1245. 20
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 21
