Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. St. Joseph's Children's Hospital - Chronic 9
Complex Clinic is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is d escribed 11
in Appropriations Project Request 1547, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,325,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Health to fund the St. Joseph's Children's 16
Hospital - Chronic Complex Clinic as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 1547. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
