Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. City of Punta Gorda - Emergency Training Center 9
is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 10
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1653, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $175,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Law Enforcement to fund the City of Punta Gorda - 16
Emergency Training Center as described in Appropriations Project 17
Request 1653. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
