Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Miami Shores Village NE 93rd Street Pump 9
Station Mitigation is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 1480, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $180,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protecti on to fund the Miami Shores 16
Village NE 93rd Street Pump Station Mitigation as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1480. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
