Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Levy County - Chiefland Middle High School 9
Special Facility is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 776, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,496,994 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Education to fund the Levy County - Chiefland 16
Middle High School Special Facility as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 776. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
