Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Clams & Seagrass Restoration - Three Estuaries 9
SW Florida is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 10
of The Florida House of Representatives and is d escribed in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1787, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protecti on to fund the Clams & 16
Seagrass Restoration - Three Estuaries SW Florida as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 1787. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
