Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Riviera Beach Utility Special District 9
Essential Lift Station Rehabilitation is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida H ouse of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 1591, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Riviera Beach 16
Utility Special District Essential Lift Station Rehabilitation 17
as described in Appropriations Project Request 1591. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
