Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. University of Florida Health Center for 9
Psychiatry and Addiction is an Appropriations Project as defined 10
in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 193, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Children and Fami lies to fund the University of 16
Florida Health Center for Psychiatry and Addiction as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 193. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
