Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Indian River County Hobart Water Treatment 10
Plant Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System Upgrade is 11
an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 12
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 13
Project Request 1555, herein incorporated by reference. 14
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 15
of $402,725 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 16
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Indian River 17
County Hobart Water Treatment Plant Supervisory Control and Data 18
Acquisition System Upgrade as described in Appropriations 19
Project Request 1555. 20
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 21
