Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Brooksville Hernando Oaks Reclaimed Water is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1178, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $272,500 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Brooksville 14
Hernando Oaks Reclaimed Water as described in Appropriations 15
Project Request 1178. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
