Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Harmful Algal Bacteria - Indian River Lagoon is 9
an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 10
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 11
Project Request 1791, herein incorporated by reference. 12
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 13
of $2,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 14
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Harmful 15
Algal Bacteria - Indian River Lagoon as described in 16
Appropriations Project Request 1791. 17
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 18
