Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. The Arc Nature Coast - Services for Critical 9
Needs and Aging is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and i s described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 1064, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $220,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Agency for Persons with Disabilitie s to fund The Arc Nature 16
Coast - Services for Critical Needs and Aging as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1064. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
