Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Ability Tree Florida R.E.S.T. Program is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1399, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $250,040 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Agency for Persons with Disabilities to fund the Ability Tree 14
Florida R.E.S.T. Pro gram as described in Appropriations Project 15
Request 1399. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
