Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. K9 Partners for Patriots Mental Health 9
Expansion is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 10
of The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1294, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $175,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Veterans' Affairs to fund the K9 Partners for 16
Patriots Mental Health Expansion as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 1294. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
