Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. UF Health Alzheimer's and Dementia Research is 8
an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 196, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $3,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Board of Governors to fund the UF Health Alzheimer's and 14
Dementia Research as described in Appropriations Project Request 15
196. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
