Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Advanced Composites Manufacturing Facility - 9
Kennedy Space Center is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of R epresentatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 1628, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $10,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the Advanced 16
Composites Manufacturing Facility - Kennedy Space Center as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 1628. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
