Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Cyber Florida - Local Government Infrastructure 9
and Technical Assistance is an Appropriations Project as defined 10
in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 1776, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $5,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Management Services to fund the Cyber Florida 16
- Local Government Infrastructure and Technical Assistance as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 1776. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
