Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Manatee County Palmetto Green Bridge Fishing 9
Pier Replacement is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 1711, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $900,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Fish and Wildlife Conservation Com mission to fund the Manatee 16
County Palmetto Green Bridge Fishing Pier Replacement as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 1711. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
