Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. COPD Readmissions, Pulmonary Center of 9
Excellence, Holy Cross Health is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 1217, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Health to fund the COPD Readmissions, Pulmonary 16
Center of Excellence, Holy Cross Health as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1217. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
