Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Manatee County Water Quality Improvement with 9
Native Oysters and Clams is an Appropriations Project as defined 10
in The Rules of The Florida House o f Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 1794, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $950,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Manatee 16
County Water Quality Improvement with Native Oysters and Clams 17
as described in Appropriations Project Request 1794. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
