Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Child Welfare Central Receiving Facility -9
Pinellas is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1817, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $6,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Children and Families to fund the Child 16
Welfare Central Receiving Facility -Pinellas as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1817. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
