Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Doctors Memorial Hospital (Bonifay) Rural 9
Critical Health Care Clinic is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 118, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Health to fund the Doctors Memorial Hospital 16
(Bonifay) Rural Critical Health Care Clinic as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 118. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
