Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Walton County Morrison Springs Recreational 9
Improvements is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is de scribed 11
in Appropriations Project Request 481, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Walton 16
County Morrison Springs Recreational Improvements as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 481. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
